This place was very affordable. Enjoyed the great views and quiet neighbors. It was very clean and organized when we arrived. Great entertaining areas outside as well. Other than the hike on a steep grade to get to the dock, everything else was good. Thanks for hosting us!

The house was AMAZING and Barbra is an incredible host. The beds and linens were top quality and extremely comfortable. The only downside is the dock location. The walk down was dangerous and even difficult for college athletes.- gravel, steep, and way more than 50 steps. Once down to the dock views are beautiful and the house is tucked away in a cove. We only used it one time bc it was exhausting getting back up. If the path was paved or when a buggie system is installed- like both neighbors this house will be rented every day. If you don't intend to spend time on the dock or water you will LOVE this house. It truly is a Diamond in the rough. We plan to keep an eye out for this upgrade and 100% rent again once complete.

Can't say enough how well equipped the house was for children which is always a concern when traveling: toys, books, chairs, even a child sized picnic table that fits on deck perfectly! The house was very clean and comfortable for our party of 10-12 people. Downstairs accommodations were perfect, even had its own deck with table. The sunroom was also very comfortable. Kitchen had everythingwe needed besides a hand mixer but there was a wisk. Ample parking even with our boat. The only con was the steep climb down to the water and dock access but there is a very nice boat launch just a few minutes up the road. I wouldn't let it deter me from renting there again. We all throughly enjoyed the house and the host.

Excellent place to stay. Barbara was great and place had everything thing we needed. Good value. Only negative was the dock location. We weren’t able to dock our boat due to the steep decline and distance from house.
