BRICKEL ON THE RIVER PARKING RATES FOR VALET: 0 - 6 HOURS $15 6 - 12 HOURS $20 12-24 HOURS $35 Dear guest, This is friendly reminder that we are not a Hotel, but as your host I want to make you feel as confortable as posible and enjoy your short stay in the condo. You will be staying in a residential building with more than 50% owners occupied and long term tenants. Here is some and most important rules you need to please keep in mind 1.- The frontdesk will only help you with the checking process. You will have to show your ID to make sure you are previously register by me (your host) and give you access to your floor. The building needs to do this for security purposes. Anything else you might need or any questions please don’t hesite to contact me. 2.- If you locked yourself out of the condo you will have to call a locksmith, since the FrontDesk does Not have any spare keys of the unit.You might ask the FrontDesk for a locksmith phone number and prepare yourself to pay directly to that person. That service could cost around $150.Also, loosing the keys and fob is $50 to replace it. That being said, Please try your best of not loosing them. 3.- The Pool is located on the 7th floor. Please remember that you can not bring any glass to the pool deck.The pool hours are from sunrise to sunset and don’t forget to have the keyFob with you to be able to come back inside to the building. 4.-Lastly, please be respectful to your neighbors,and don’t play loud music inside the condo and try to keep your voice down on the balcony and hallways.
