Yen was a great host and the property was extremely well-kept, comfortable, and very close to anything you could possibly need. I will definitely be staying here again if I get the chance!

I was very disappointed with our stay and had to leave after the first night. Soon after arriving my body started to itch, it kept itching all night long (as well as my daughter’s). It was not clean. I took photos and sent to the host when I told her we could not stay the following nights. There was hair in the bathtub as well as a stain on the sheet, crumbs in another bed, as well as streaks on the mirror in the bathroom and on the kitchen table. The bed squeaked so loudly with small movement and the bedding did not smell clean. There were glade artificial plug ins everywhere and smelled so much it hurt my head. I asked to be reimbursed for our entire stay due to the itching and unclean state and was told that they pay a cleaner and she washed bedding herself. I have a hard time believing that with the things I mentioned above. Hong was responsive to me in messages which I did appreciate and refunded me for the other nights we booked. I still itch 2 days later and am very grossed out
