Sehr schönes Appartment an einer guten Lage um Paris zu Erkunden mit sehr guter Metro Anbindung in meherere Richtungen. Grossartige Sicht auf den Eifelturm. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation mot dem Besitzer war einfach und wir hatten immer schnell eine Antwort bei unseren Anliegen. Leider war nicht alles zu 100% blitz blank (etwas unaufgeräumter Balkon / defekter Handtuchwärmer), das kann aber auch an unsere kurzfristigen Buchung von nicht mal 24 h vor Anreise liegen und ist zu vernachlässigen. Jedenfall ein empfehleswerted Ziel, speziell für ein Paar.

Vinicius' place was very cute! The views from the balcony were incredible and being able to see the sparkle of the Iron Lady on the hour from the couch after super long days of wandering Paris was perfect. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The view is spectacular and the photos don’t do it justice, however this is the majority of what you are paying for. The apartment is nicely decorated, and very homey and stylish. I would say it is majorly overpriced for the apartment. There is a huge problem with water in the bathroom leading to the bedroom and a leak we were not aware of. Also to not have any aircon even in march was a huge flaw the apartment is very hot and there is no thermostat. We were charged an additional 80 euro cash for a cot which seems insane considering we had paid over 330£ a night. The elevator did not work either so with a buggy was very not pram friendly. It would have been nice for this sort of price to be left maybe a bottle of wine or some croissants- or even some tea! It didn’t have the air b and b feel more like a furnished apartment. We were told check out was 11 to find someone walk in at 1045 telling us the next guest was arriving whilst we were changing our son, no knock at the door!

This is the perfect place for anyone looking for accommodations in Paris. The metro is right outside the door which makes it convenient to get around Paris quickly. There are plenty of restaurants and brunch spots nearby and for late night snacks, a McDonald's about 1 block away. By far the best part of this place is the balcony view. From the balcony, you will have a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower and the rest of the city. They also have a washing machine for conveniently allowing us to wash our clothes. This place has a ton of space to relax, cook and sleep. We felt comfortable the entire time. The area is safe and walkable. We loved our experience with this place and highly recommend it for future travelers.
