Enjoy this large room in a very central location, suitable for all working professionals. Located within a comfortable cottage home. Includes a comfy queen size mattress with memory foam topper, full bath, laundry, living room, kitchen, and backyard area. Dedicated work station, speedy Wi-fi, and AC/heat when required. The living room, kitchen, bathroom, and backyard are shared. On-site laundry is also conveniently located inside the home. Extended stays are welcome-please inquire at booking. This room has no common walls. Private large bedroom with lockable door. The Blue Room is unique in that it offers additional privacy with no adjoining common walls.

Great location. Close to Hwy 242, 680 and 4. A small Redwood and palm tree grove provide plenty of cool shade. This property is well maintained and very clean throughout. About 5 blocks from John Muir Hospital, refineries and local freeways. Walnut Creek, Martinez, Benicia and the Concord Airport are all in close proximity. Fantastic location and value!
The Iron horse trail is just steps away with many miles of biking and walking paths.
There are three well-equipped corner markets within walking distance. All major retailers are located in Concord, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, or Martinez. Major local highways are very close, within a 1/2 mile, or so. BART is about a 5 minute car ride, and bus service runs close by.
Hwy 242, 680, 4 and others are very close to the home. Extremely central to all East Bay locations. Bart is about a mile away. Uber and Lyft run on demand. The bus stops less than a block away.
