Everything worked just fine! The pepper stove really cranks out the heat. Only used it the first day. Remaining 2 day’s night we were warm. Big TV easy streaming, comfortable furniture. Just bring K cups for your coffee none were provided but easy walk to Grocery Outlet!

Had a great stay at Shawn’s. Perfect cozy spot to come back to after a long day of snowboarding. Close drive to all of the lodges! Shawn is very responsive. Everything was as described online. Comfy beds! Would love to stay again on our next trip to Mammoth!!!

Shawn's places is out favorite stay in Mammoth! location is great as you it's very walkable to shops, restaurants and multiple shuttle stations. If you're there early to ski, you can park at the Park and Ride a block away. The place is very well kept and Shawn is very responsive. Perfect for a ski weekend!

This place was large enough to accommodate my family of 5. The 2 large bathrooms were very helpful. I was really nervous about no central heating but the pellet stove really kept the whole place warm and was fun to watch flames through the glass. Host also provided portable heaters for the night. The location was more than perfect. grocery stores and restaurants were within walking distance. There are a few parking spaces steps away from the unit that are facing the street. I recommend looking out for these. Host provided his phone number and was accessible an responsive to all questions. Great deal would recommend
