Our place is ideal for travellers looking for a short-term accommodation while visiting Winnipeg, or passing through the city on their cross Canada road trip, or simply for resting their head before an early morning/ late night flight. We are conveniently located near the Trans-Canada Highway (Highway 1) and Winnipeg Richardson International Airport. When making a booking request, please indicate your itinerary or purpose of visit and estimated time of arrival. The room is in the lower level of a bi-level detached house with a shared 4-piece bathroom and a kitchenette that is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker and a 2-burner hotplate. The location is the area of Crestview, just a 15-minute walk to Unicity Shopping Plaza on Portage Avenue, a 15-minute drive from/ to the airport, and a 5-minute drive to Assiniboia Downs. There are direct bus routes to downtown, Polo Park Mall, Assiniboine Park, and Grace Hospital. The main entrance is for the guests’ use only. Upon entry, the guests take the stairs down to the lower level.
