Our home stay is so clean, secure and comfortable away from the bustle of people but amidst the bustle of brooks and streams. It guarantees calmness, quietness and peace. It’s a fully equipped furnished home sitting in solitude beneath a mountain range called “Kottamala”. We changed this ancestral home of ours into a beautiful Airbnb. We welcome all the nature lovers to this serene place with great enthusiasm and pleasure. This house has 4 bedrooms with one attached washroom and 2 separate washrooms. If needed one bedroom can be used as a dedicated WFH space with WIFI. All 4 bedrooms have queen size beds. 3 sets of extra beds are also available making it convenient for an 8+ stay. It has 3 big halls, one drawing room, one recreation room and one with dining cum working space. The very front portion of the house is with a verandah and car porch. The spacious kitchen is another attraction of this home. The terrace is covered making it convenient for a get together if needed. The grassy and metalled yard surrounds the whole house.

Amazing place to stay peaceful
Amazing place. The house was surrounded by rubber plantation, serene and was scenic. We walked around, enjoyed the rubber tapping process and took a lot of pictures. The house was a traditional Kerala styled house. It was well maintained and had all the amenities that we wanted. The owner Jaya drove down to help us settle. She ordered food for us ( yummy). One of the best places to stay. My family had an excellent time. We will go there again
We felt a home away from home. Jaya was a super host, proactive, friendly & responsive. Checkin experience was great. Property was clean and tidy. Surrounding was serene calm family friendly. Myself and my team members had a perfect weekend in Mountain Bliss. From the mechanized life of Perth, Australia we spend two nights in there. I would rather say I am rejuvenated. My team members too. The rooms are larger and comfortable. Natural water from Mountain Spring is soothening. It is an escape to the nature. Most unforgettable stay ever during our visit in Kerala. Delicious Kerala food is available from nearby restaurant. The hosts Murali and Jaya are a phone call away for any kind of help for their guests. Highly recommended this resort seeking a peaceful and immersive greenary getaway.
We are a group of seven persons from Bangalore who travelled to Kerala for a friend's wedding. We had a great time at Mountain Bliss. We are grateful to Ms. Jaya and her spouse. They picked us up in their car from the main road as soon as we got there. She gave us a tour of the entire home and demonstrated all of the amenities that were available to us. Apart from that, the surrounding environment is quite lovely, filled with vegetation and clean air. lots of room to move about. The tastey paisam, the sharkara varatti, and your lovely poetry is what truly caught our attention. Again, thank you Ms. Jaya. We had an amazing experience there, and definitely visit again

Vagamon is only 1 and a half hours drive and the highest point in the district of Kottayam - "Illikkal Kallu" is just an hour away. A 3-4 days stay in this place will make you acquainted with the life of an interior village in Kottayam/Kerala.

Those who want to visit temples, this stay is your first choice with the
“NAALAMBALAM” ie, the temple of Sreerama in Ramapuram, Lakshmana in
Koodappulam, Bharatha in Amanakara and Shatrughna in Methiri within the
radius of 5 kilometers from the residence. Visiting the four deities in the
morning itself is considered as a virtue or ‘punya’ and thousands of people visit this place in the month of ‘Karkkidakam”. Moreover this place is enroute to Sabarimala and a stay near the temple premises makes the body and soul
more pure. Visiting the 3 Mahadeva temples of Lord Siva; in Vaikom,
Kaduthuruthy and Ettumaanoor on a day is also considered auspicious.
Ramapuram is a place renowned for communal harmony with one of the Asia’s biggest church and about 40 minutes drive(21 kms.) will take you to St. Alphonsa’s shrine in Bharananganam.

I’m Jaya, the host and my sons Arjun and Aravind are the co- hosts. I'm a teacher in a Senior Secondary school, my husband is a business man and the boys are engineers. Among us Arjun is in the U.S and we three live in India. [Also I love to write and have published a book called “ Sprouts of Poetry” comprising of 50 English poems.] We 4 always find joy in togetherness and being lovers of travel, every trip we do together is mindboggling.
