Very spacious and very clean. Recent renovation with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Easy parking (unlike most places in Cyprus!).Quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

I recently spent three nights at this apartment and had a great experience. It's incredibly family-friendly, offering ample space for the kids to play. The cleanliness of the place was impressive, and the quiet neighborhood added to the overall comfort. Additionally, its proximity to supermarkets and the beach made our stay even more convenient. Highly recommended for a family getaway.

We found the apartment perfectly clean, fully equipped and very well maintained. Sophie gave us detailed and clear instructions about all that we may need in the apartment and was always ready to answer our questions. Sophie’s flat is spacious, clean and very well appointed, complete with modern appliances for both the kitchen and laundry. She has done an excellent job ensuring those who stay there feel like it is their home. The large balcony with a view of the sea has morning sun for coffee and was also great for late day drinks. It is in a quiet neighbourhood but still only a few short blocks walk to shops, the beach, restaurants and bars. Next time we are in Limassol we will try to stay at this flat again, if it’s available . The flat is a real gem and terrific value at the price. Sophie is a gracious host and was a pleasure to meet in person. She wanted to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed during our stay. She made the experience of staying at her flat complete.

- Just 2 blocks from the beach where you can enjoy a day in the sun (umbrellas, chairs, jet skis available for rent) or an evening walk along the paved beach path.
- Lots of restaurants within a 5 minute walk like Charcoal Grill (one of my favorites), La Croissanterie and others. Ten minute walk to Columbia Pier, Starbucks, Groceries like Lidl and Pharmacies. Just a 10-minute walk to the luxurious Columbia Beach Club (a beach restaurant and bar), Columbia Pier.
- The apartment is in a residential, quiet and safe area. The apartment is located across from a school.

The apartment building is in a residential area with free covered parking on the ground level. Most places, like the beach, grocery stores, pharmacies, nail and hair salons including nice boutiques are within walking distance.
The best way to explore Cyprus is by renting a car so you can visit all the beautiful towns, archaeological sites, remote beaches and scenic wineries.
