It’s clear that Laura is a true host. She has deep consideration for her guests in ensuring they have a great stay in her place, and every element of her house is designed for your comfort. I stayed for a week with my family, including my 7-month daughter, and it had everything we needed. There was a crib, a high chair, a baby bathtub, baby toiletries, and she even gave a toy as a gift. I also appreciated that her entire place had black-out blinds / shutters to keep the place cool (also helpful in keeping the room dark for our child when she slept). The house was sparkling clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was also immensely helpful that she provided a manual to her house prior to check-in, that included details regarding the tap water, the garbage, etc. During our stay, Laura was super responsive and was quick to address any inconveniences. Huge shoutout as well to her housekeeper, Antonella for being so helpful! I highly recommend staying here!

Clean and comfortable, with great views. Kitchen had everything we needed, bed was comfortable, AC worked well, and the washing machine worked well. Laura was very responsive throughout our stay. The best example of this was when we had returned from a long day of hiking and were really looking forward to a hot shower. When we went to turn in the shower we discovered the water wasn’t working throughout the entire place. I messaged Laura, she responded within seconds, had someone come by within 2 minutes of my initial message, and the issue was resolved in 4 minutes. Impressed! I highly recommend Laura’s place to anyone who is staying in the area.

The apartment is every bit as lovely as the photos suggest, with gorgeous views from all three terraces. The nice updated kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Laura is a gracious and attentive host. She offered to call and make our restaurant reservations. And when one in our party needed emergency dental work done, Laura called and set up an appointment with a dentist within walking distance. We highly recommend the apartment and look forward to returning for another stay.

Superbe appartement spacieux, très bien équipé, décoré avec soin, nous nous y sommes sentis vraiment bien. Nous avons pu profiter des excellents restaurants, beaucoup accessibles à pied, et activités interessantes et variées dans les environs. La relation avec Laura a été très agréable et facile. Top!

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed on our adventure in Sardinia. Laura's place was clean, well equipped and felt like home from the moment we arrived. Laura thought of everything, she provided beach towels, umbrella and all the standard amenities. The house was roomy with multiple balconies to sit and enjoy the view. The Wi-Fi was good and we were able to stream and work without issue. We wish we could have stayed longer. The only area to be aware of is the parking at the place. As long as you have a small car (and I mean small) the parking at the house would be tough. Fortunately for us, that was not an issue.
