Our "Casa al Mare Bogliasco" is located right in the center of the neighbourhood of Bogliasco, it is part of a small housing unit consisting of only 4 apartments. The independent entrance which is accessed by climbing a few steps, gives access to the entrance of the house and to the appurtenant garden for the exclusive use of guests. As soon as we enter we find a hallway that leads to the spacious living area where there is a comfortable three-seater sofa with smart TV, modern kitchen complete with stove and oven, combined fridge with large frizzer, microwave oven, coffee pod machine, crockery, and everything you need to be able to prepare your meals, a table with chairs. Divided by design glass doors we find the sleeping area, where there are two very comfortable double bedrooms each complete with a king-size bed, wardrobe, dresser, bedside tables and smart TV. The elegant modern-style bathroom has a large shower, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine at guests' disposal. There is a large balcony and a small balcony. Also inside the fenced property we find a large terrace equipped with a set of table, chairs and umbrella, barbecue, outdoor shower and sun lounger, where you can enjoy your meals in the open air in complete tranquility, relax and read a good book.
