A beautiful flat on the third and top floor of an old farmhouse / rustic building, it has a kitchen with dining area, Wifi, two double bedrooms, TV and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A private parking space is attached to the apartment.. In a beautiful panorama, carefully restored with great attention to detail and with quality materials to maintain the original look with exposed beams, we find this beautiful flat on the third and top floor of an old farmhouse / rustic building. This rustic restoration with exposed beams and free wifi is located on the third floor of a farmhouse with a total of 10 flats. The house is in the centre of the village of Pazzon, a hamlet of Caprino Veronese, below Monte Baldo and a few minutes drive from Lake Garda. It consists of an open dining room with a kitchen and a dining table for 4 people. In the kitchen, there is a cooker with an oven, a microwave, a large fridge with a freezer, a waffle coffee machine, a toaster and a water boiler. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bidet, a washing machine and a toilet. The first bedroom has a large, comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a pull-out sofa bed that can sleep 2 persons, for a total of 4 persons. Free private parking is available. Check-in from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Check-out at 10 a.m. Mandatory taxes not included (in cash on arrival): - Tourist tax according to the municipality, per person, and per night (from 14 years old). - Late check-in: after 7 p.m. will be charged € 30,00 / after 10 p.m. € 50,00. Optional extras on request (in cash on arrival): - Bed linen and towels: € 12,50 per person per change or you can bring your own and save on the final price. Advance booking required. - Pets are welcome on request, + € 20.00 per pet for the entire stay. - Early check-in or late check-out is ONLY possible upon request and availability. Bell’appartamento, molto caldo purtroppo, sarebbero stati di conforto un paio di ventilatori. I servizi essenziali sono a pagamento. Nel complesso, ok.
Apartament bonic a les golfes d'un edifici, però sense ascensor, cal pujar quatre replans d'escales. Malgrat que està ben equipat per a l'hivern, a l'estiu hi fa força calor i no hi ha aire condicionat ni ventiladors ni té terrassa. Quan vam arribar la nevera i el gas estaven desendollats i no vam rebre instruccions sobre això, vam haver de descobrir-ho nosaltres. La rentadora perdia una mica d'aigua, però rentava correctament. La cuina està molt ben equipada. L'horari d'entrada i sortida no és flexible i cal pagar un suplement opcional per llençols i tovalloles.

Apartments are in the picturesque place. But there were no necessary things in the apartment, for example, bed linen (for which a separate payment is required), there was no iron (as a plus after my request it was provided), washing powder and enough toilet paper. I had to pay extra tax (for which we were not given a receipt for some reasons)
Die Kirchenglocken läuten bis Mitternacht und ab 7 Uhr Morgens. Der Parkplatz ist gut gelegen vor der Unterkunft. Trotz der Dachgeschoss Wohnung war es nicht zu warm (August). Die Schlüsselübergabe fand an einer anderen Adresse als ausgemacht worden war statt, dies hat nur zu etwas Verwirrung und Wartezeit geführt. Im ganzen waren wir (Paar + eine Freundin) mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden.

The possibility of cycling is very welcome to fully enjoy all the wonders offered by the mountains, admiring the exceptional panorama along the way.

The optimal position of our structure will also allow you to easily reach all the amusement parks in the area such as Gardaland, Movieland, Canevaworld, Parco Natura Viva, and many other tourist destinations.
