Enjoy a cosey stay in a modern contemporary home. This centrally-located flat is a 1 minute walk from Tooting Broadway tube station, with the Northern line connecting all of London’s hotspot destinations. In the thick of London’s social scene, with bars, pubs and restaurants all within a minute’s walking distance. This flat has everything you’ll need for a London getaway this summer. It’s a 15 minute journey over to Wimbledon if you’re travelling in to enjoy the tennis. This is a 2 bedroom raised ground floor flat. The master bedroom offers a super king bed. The second bedroom can also be used as office space. In this room, we have a comfortable sofa bed, which can be folded down into a double bed. If guests we require this bed then we have bedding and linens available and we can make this up. We also have a blow up mattress, which we can provide should guests require additional sleeping space.

非常好的入住体验，房东人很好。房子很大很舒服。这里交通很方便，门口就是公交车站，走一分钟就是地铁站，停车也比较方便。

Really pleased with the hosts consideration of us letting us drop our bags off before check in time so we could go and explore london, place itself was lovely, a little more noise than we are used to but thats only because we're used to countryside village life, super close to the tube stop so was easy to hop on a tube and head anywhere, thank you for a great stay!

Matt's place was comfortable and well equipped. It was very close to train station, and bus stop. Lots of restaurants near by. Matt was flexible with our check in and check out time as well. Thank you, we had a comfortable stay!

The accomodation itself is stylish, clean and well equipped for a short stay in London. The location is the highlight, next to the tube and which make it so convenient. Definitely recommend.

Very comfy and stylish , I liked the location , underground , markets and restaurants are walkable distance. Matt is very friendly , approachable and was very nice. I really recommend it and I hope to come back again when I visit London.

Parking is limited, there is parking available in private car parks, however this may be quite expensive. When my friends and family visit with their cars, we recommend using a parking app to park on residential driveways for a fraction of the price.
