This place is a dream. The staff is very well organized, kind and courteous. Included breakfast is delicious. A quiet place with a private pool. Sometimes there was distant noise from the construction site, but this wasn't disturbing at our villa. There were monkeys visiting us a few times, one day even sitting at the edge of pool in the morning, but this was more exciting than disturbing for us. The staff tried to chase them off as good as they could. Can definitely recommend.
