If you want to be downtown, it is a walkable half mile to Main Street (where the convention center is) as well as several other central attractions.
Local bars, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance!
Good local spots: VFW, West Dubuque Tap, Beecher's Ice Cream, Bob & Lou’s, Magoos Pizza, the Dog House, and Jack’s Chicken Palace.

Downtown is less than a mile away and this is a highly-walkable neighborhood. If you want to get around by car, there is free street parking directly in front of the house.
Check in/out: Please follow checkin/checkout instructions in the app. Check in after your check-in time (usually 4PM unless you want an early check in) and check out before 10AM (unless you arrange for a late check out) in the app to help coordinate cleaning between guests. If you need to check in earlier/later, please let me know ASAP so I can program the security system to grant access. This info can be confirmed from smart lock data/security data if needed:

Please contact me in advance if you want an early check-in or late check-out. If you don’t let me know at least an hour in advance, the unit may not be ready and a $15 penalty will apply in addition to the above charges. Also, I’m a traveler/user of AirBNB too; I’m reasonable and will try to work with you if you need to drop off luggage or have a specific request.
