Very thankful to have found this property for our Eclipse trip. The place exceeded our expectations, was very clean and comfortable and Nate was very responsive. I appreciate him being a man of his word and keeping our reservation and cancellation policy as listed even after he indicated that he had found other AirBnB hosts were charging more or requiring a longer minimum stay. Would recommend.

Nate was great to work with for a last minute reservation. The home was just a described and had everything needed for our stay. The sunset was amazing. And the deer crossing the field in front of the house were beautiful to watch. Highly recommend and will stay again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was quiet and very peaceful. The only thing i seen that kinda bothered me was the hair on the shower walls and on the floor around the toilet. But that was not a reason to complain or leave a bad review. Hair is a simple fix to clean. The place is well worth the money and the host is very helpful. ( we never mentioned the hair. I cleaned it myself.) Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
