Bedrooms: 2 double rooms with king and queen beds, huge wardrobes, draws and hangers, working spaces with desks and chairs. The wardrobes would make it ideal for those who stay for long-term, but it also make it comfortable for anyone wants to hide away the luggage. 1 cosy single bed but still fully equiped with desk, chair, wardrobe, draws and hangers too. Rooms are secured with locks that can be manipulated from inside without key for double privacy. The mordern new bathroom upstair is stunning as seen in the picture. There is also an additional toilet downstair to maximise your group/family comfort during your stay. The kitchen is fully equiped, make it ideal for long term or short term stay. There is a big garden in the back for all purpose using.

This is a lovely place in Sheffield. I definitely recommend it for a short stay in the city. Staying in this house is very good value for money. The place is a bit more basic and very much feels like somebody’s home you’re visiting but it is still a very comfortable, clean and a generally nice place to stay. Plus, the lack of bells and whistles is reflected in the price. You very much get what you pay for so there can be absolutely no complaints! It isn’t in a very central location by any means nor is it in the most exciting of neighbourhoods but that shouldn’t be a deterrent at all! Sheffield is such a well connected city that this is still a wonderful place for a short stay. We got cabs into the city centre and these cost around £5 each time we went, which we didn’t think was too bad! We were very happy with the place and had a good time here, especially considering how much we paid!! Worth considering for a trip to Sheffield!
Close to the city/public transport. Lovely house, close to the city but quite area.
I booked Phil's place for my colleagues at work and they had no issues at all, everything went very well and the check-in instructions were easy. Phil is great at communicating and is always there to help. I would definitely book again if there is work around this area.
Had a great stay at Phil's place. Easy to walk to the university. The centre of Sheffield is a 30 minute walk or an Uber for about £6. The house is spacious and clean. We got both cars on the drive which was great. Thanks Phil

The house is located next to the well-known University Roundabout, so it is within walking distance to any popular points around, like Western Park and Crookes Valley Park are 2-3 minutes walk away, University of Sheefield is also 3 minutes walk away, the Diamond building is 5 minutes walk.
The children hospital is 15 minutes walk, with half of the journey is to cross the Western park.
City center is just 20 minutes walk, or Bolt cost about £5-7. There is also direct bus and tram nearby.
