Her trailer wasn’t as clean as it should have been for the price. The water pressure was low which didn’t make for a nice shower or bath. The bathroom was dusty and dirty. We were told by Emily that the trailer park is working on the problem. With that said, we should have gotten some kind of refund for this inconvenience. Airbnb charges a service fee plus a cleaning fee which is exuberant. Not happy about that. Making the price of our stay for 4 nights over $900.00.

Nice place right outside Minocqua. Very clean and modern. Comfortable for two couples. Emily was friendly and responsive. Right on Patricia lake, however, it's not really a swimming spot. If you have kayaks or canoe, it's perfect. Definitely a place we would stay again.

Quant little place. Very clean and livable. Peaceful, serene outstanding. One suggestion: always check the propane for the grill. We ran out in the middle of cooking dinner on Saturday. Maybe have a backup just in case. All in all-absolutely fabulous setting.

I loved staying there! It was so relaxing! I loved cooking meals and relaxing on the scenic deck. There were casserole dishes, pots and pans, and cooking items to eat nutritious meals and relax.

It was misrepresented. The description did not say mobile home park. Inside was tasteful and clean. The updates were very nice. The mobile home was clean and nice inside. It was not private- neighbors could see right into windows. The lake was unusable. The 30 foot weed line was horrible. No fishing or boating. Our dogs could not swim in lake- which was a main reason for choosing the lake front location. It was very difficult to park our boat. Emily’s husband was helpful, but it was a tight squeeze. Overall disappointed with the description.
