We absolutely loved our stay at the Hummingbird getaway. It was exactly what we needed. Its a very cute cozy cabin. It was very peaceful, pretty sencery and very calming. Loved how private it was. We used the hot tub a handful of times. Made amazing memories here!

I paid over $500 for a two night stay for a secluded cabin with a hot tub- a price I was willing to pay and was so excited to have a weekend with my friend! Location was superb and cabin was super cozy. Although leaving, we were disappointed in our stay. Checking in, I noticed the real fire gas fireplace that was shown in AirBnb listing was replaced with an electric fireplace. I was bummed because a real gas fireplace is so cozy and that’s what I thought I was paying for. The hottub was filthy, water was discolored and hairs/debris floating around. I currently have a skin infection from the water called “HotTub Rash” caused by a bacteria found in poorly maintained hot tubs. There were huge cobwebs in the rafters and windows. The pillows provided were extremely uncomfortable and very thin. There was a leaking ceiling above the kitchen window that drove us crazy throughout the night. The door keys provided also did not fit the handles so we’re couldn’t lock up when leaving.

The Hummingbird hideaway was beautiful and relaxing, peaceful. The best part was seeing the hummingbirds flying around the outside of the cabin.
