We loved Claudia's Bright and Airy place in Sanford, Florida. It was a perfect stay. Comfortable beds, lots of light for old eyes (we're in our 70s), the kitchen had everything we needed for making our meals. The house is an easy walk to the waterfront and downtown restaurants (15-20 minutes) along quiet tree lined streets and historic houses. We used our ebikes to explore the many many bike paths in the area. It's easy to bike for 10-20-30-40 miles (and even further) along the many paved multi-use paths in the area....leaving right from the house. Alternatively you can start an ebike adventure from Osteen and ride to the East coast (and watch a rocket lift off like we did). Everything was as described and as shown in the pictures. This was a great 5* stay and we recommend it! Thanks Claudia, we hope to stay at your Bright and Airy place again!

It's a great place with a responsive host. It's a little bit further from downtown (about a 20-minute walk) than I realized, but only about a $6 Uber ride. It has great value and is very clean. Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful time in Sanford, and divided our time sightseeing and eating out, as well as in. The kitchen is easy to work in, the living room is comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and safe. Though we never met Claudia in person, we spoke several times and she is very friendly and helpful. We briefly met Jose and he too, was very personable. We felt very much at home, and when we arrived early, they allowed us to drop off our luggage, and after Cynthia, the housekeeping lady (also very pleasant and friendly) had finished cleaning, we were allowed to check in early. This is definitely a place I would return to. Thank you!

Claudia is a great host and her place is in great shape. So close to downtown Sanford and easy to find. Would definitely stay again!

The house is very clean, private, bright, and open. The neighborhood is quiet. The furniture and beds are comfortable. The internet connection is fast. One negative is the deck. It was not an inviting space. It would have been preferable to be closer to the lake. I would definitely stay here again.
