The house was lovely and easy to find in a great location for Louth and the Lincolnshire coast. The garden is a yard rather than a garden and could do with a spruce up but the hose itself is lovely, clean and has everything you need for a weekend break. The shower could be improved as the shower curtain is not brilliant but I prefer a bath anyway. Overalll I was very happy and would visit again. The host was very helpful and responsive to enquiries. We had a lovely time.

My family and I stayed here over the Christmas period and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Very clean and spacious, gorgeous interior decor and plenty of seating which was perfect. Our senior dog was very comfortable too and had easy access to the enclosed courtyard at the rear of the house. The beach is about 15 mins away by car which was very easy to get to. We also had donna nook 10 mins away and had the pleasure of seeing the baby seals! We will definitely be returning in the near future. 10/10 😊 Thank you!

David was a great host who was very helpful and responsive. The house is large, warm and comfortable and we had a lovely stay. The accommodation is a little rough around the edges, but given what we paid it's excellent value for money, well equipped and had enough space for 6 adults and 1 child by using the sofa beds. David is really friendly so if you have specific requirements (e.g. bedding or cooking equipment for a larger group) I'm sure he'll do his best to accommodate. Lovely large social space in the lounge, plenty of driveway parking and a great location to visit the seals at Donna Nook and other sites in the area. We would definitely recommend.
