It was very peaceful makes you want to spend more time out side than in! So cool deer walk right in the yard and don’t mind you watching. While staying there I seen 3 deers that came right up in bothered. This place is FULL of positive energy and was an amazing stay. Loved all the cute notes and so much amenities that makes it a perfect stay!

Our group had lovely time at this place. We had plenty of room and the place was clean. The back porch was our favorite space and we enjoyed the beautiful stone fire place. Kathleen was responsive to our questions - an excellent host. An added bonus: it was very sweet to watch the deer come to the feeder. It was very convenient to Ichetucknee Springs, which was our main reason to visit. Overall, our stay was quite wonderful and I would recommend it to others.

Kathleen made us feel welcome in her home and responded promptly to our messages. We loved the outdoor fireplace that was great to relax around in the evening. We liked having the hot tub to warm us and sooth our muscles after our daily activities. The location is great for getting many parks in the area. We visited several springs for a variety of outdoor activities, Ginnie Springs, Poe State Park, Blue Spring Park & Ichetuknee Springs. We took hikes, went swimming & kayaking at these parks. We liked the peace and quiet and observing the deer in the area but one possible problem are dogs that live in the area that do not seem to be contained to their property. There are carpets the LR & BR, and some carpets over carpets that could cause someone to trip, the DR & Kitchen floor has air bubbles (?) so it doesn't lay flat, could be an issue.

Great host very responsive, great surroundings for a weekend getaway
