The apartment is located in a corner of peace and tranquillity, close to the most beautiful beaches, in a central position on the Ogliastra coast, in a house, consisting of three apartments, which overlooks the valley and is oriented towards the mountain of Monte Ferru. We are in a very quiet residential countryside area, characterized by the presence of villas, an ideal point that allows you to immediately reach the sea and the beautiful naturalistic sites that surround the area. The apartment consists of a courtyard for exclusive use, equipped with outdoor furniture. The retractable awning allows you to have a shaded space at all times of the day. Inside we find the living area with kitchen, large, equipped with all comforts and well equipped. Finally, the accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom. The completion works of the house have been done recently, guests will have at their disposal a new accommodation which is equipped with a covered parking space.

Die Kommunikation lief über eine Immobilienagentur per Whats App App im Auftrag von Elisabetta. Immer schnell geantwortet. Gute Tipps für Restaurants und Aktivitäten erhalten. Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos. Super ausgestattete Küche. Ruhige Lage. Ohne Mietwagen ist die Unterkunft nicht zu erreichen. Auch für Strand und Aktivitäten wird eins benötigt. Von der Unterkunft aus sind innerhalb 20 Min. diverse Strände zu erreichen, für genügend Abwechslung. Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert.

Nous nous sommes sentis bien accueillis dans ce logement, comme dans une deuxième maison. Il est à proximité d'activités de montagne et de plages. On le recommande, nous avons passé un séjour mémorable.

Siamo stati in questo grazioso appartamento per dieci giorni, attirati dalla sua posizione tranquilla e comodissima per raggiungere le spiagge dell’Ogliastra. La casa è stata appena ristrutturata e si presenta ben organizzata, pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario, dalla cucina alla lavanderia alla biancheria. L’host e i suoi collaboratori Ilenia e Simone si sono dimostrati professionali ed attenti alle nostre esigenze e richieste. Ci torneremmo subito!
