先说一下优点： 1.位置很好：我们主要是去新山车站坐车去新加坡玩的，公寓的位置步行十分钟内到达车站，位置很棒。 2. 公寓大楼是一个新的两栋楼的新住宅，泳池超棒。健身房楼层很高，夜景和环境都超载！ 但是缺点也是无法接受的： 1.不是完整的房子。只能算事一个被隔出来的单独房间。这个房间离共用大门很近，因此，共享公寓的别的租客的出入会影响很多。 2.隔音差.因为是隔出来的房间，因此隔壁任何的声音都能听的很清晰，例如电视，和床深夜发出的声音。然而你无法责怪另外住客的行为，因为看电视或者做爱都是住宿的权利。只能归因为房子的设计问题。 如果知道不是完整房源，我是绝对不会租这个房子的。只是当天到了，附近都满房了，也没有别的选择。 3.噪音多。新大楼，每天九点开始装修，特别的吵！另外由于共用大门，另外住客不关窗子的话，在晚上风风大的时候会发出巨大的摇拽声响，无法入睡。 4.安全性不高.由于共用大门，另外租客错误的想打开我们的房间。幸好上了锁，但是感到很害怕。因为隔壁感觉都是男性。 5.停车问题。只有一个车位，如果隔壁已经有住客且有车，你只能停到访客车位。担心被保安锁上。 因此，如果只是住一晚，白天出去玩避开装修，且隔壁住客没有车安静，不常出入，那么这个房子是合适的。 如果你像我一样，给我的入门二维码失效，停车花了很多时间。隔壁老是进进出出，还拽你的门。晚上隔壁夜间活动床的噪音导致3点无法入睡。刚睡着由于大风打在门上声响很大睡不着。早上想多睡一会又遇到装修，你会无比奔溃的。 可能我是所有的糟糕的事情都遇到了，而且只有一晚，第二晚就好了很多。再碰到一次概率不大。但是为了你的美好旅途，希望你在租的时候考虑一下这些因素。
walking distance to ciq and stayrene is a reliable host. The air conditioner has some problem and host able to arrange technician to install portable air conditioner on 12pm.

Great place with necessary necessities. The host was also very friendly and responsive to any questions asked and the instructions provided were clear and detailed. However, the WiFi was very slow and hence could be improved. Overall it was a really great stay, thank you for the hospitality! 🥰

There are many shopping spots near to the apartment such as 7-Eleven, KSL City Mall, Komtar JBCC, and more. Guests can shop for almost anything they want. There are also many eateries, mosques, petrol stations, churches and hospitals as well in the area!
