Novasol does send long standard messages which content could be better structured. e.g. where the key was hidden was difficult to understand. No answer to individual questions neither before booking nor after booking. The cabin is nice and offers standard quality of everything. A big downside is that 2 double bedrooms and a 4 pax bunkbed room are separated from the main cabin. The bathroom in on of the double rooms did not work (was under construction). The main cabin holds 2 bathrooms, one shower was clogged, so we basically had only one shower for quite many people.
