The place was nice, clean and it was very spacious. The beds were extremely hard. The only issue we had was communicating with them. They texted us through w%@tsapp and wouldn’t respond on the Airbnb messages when we asked any questions. Since we had to postpone our trip we messaged them on w%@tsapp to change the dates and they responded back to us saying it was “noted”. Apartment was booked for 4 nights. They were updated on the new dates for our check in but asked us to leave after 2 nights. The person who they left to communicate with us couldn’t even speak English. We had a horrible time with a baby and a heavily pregnant wife. We had to leave two days earlier and they refused to refund the money for the two nights saying they didn’t confirm any changes. We will not be staying with them not only because we paid a very large amount of money but because we felt the management was poorly handled. Next time never communicate in w%@tsapp whatever they may say.

Best location in South Delhi, Staff is so friendly and super easy check in & check out process. I would prefer to book it again in near future. Will definitely recommend it to my known ones. Thanks BluO for an amazing hospitality experience.

Excellent Location and Services including cleaning/check in/ammenities. The greenery from Balcony and bedroom is calm and beautiful so makes you feel happy and doesnt give a rush Delhi feel.. We booked the place to stay for my Mothers treatment at Psri(Max is very close too) It is also very close to Select city Walk, Pvr Saket and both Saket and Malviya Nagar metro stations so very convinient for eveything... Since we had less time for daily work the availability of Veg/fruits vendors, dairy and grocery shop close by helped a lot, Jagat (care taker) and the security guards are very helpful and ethical and made our stay comfortable. Will definety come back even without medical reasons and also refer to my friends and family.Thank you!

Very peaceful and well-located stay. The house is very well kept and the appliances are all in great condition. You also will not experience any pollution or traffic noises, while you get the joy of living in South Delhi, next to everything! We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend the place.

Had a great stay. I loved the location and the surrounding area. Food delivery and Uber bookings is hassle free at this location and seems quite a safe area to stay. The apartment was very cosy, comfortable and has good connectivity of Wifi and Television. Thank you for a good stay. I would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Delhi and wanting to stay around Saket.
