This place was absolutely worth it! The apartment was very nice and very clean. We went to our first braves game and were able to walk to the stadium in just minutes!

The unit hadn’t been cleaned by any sort of professional; there was weeks of hair and debris all over the baseboards, our socks turned black on the sticky floors immediately, loose hair in drawers, dirty fingerprints on every surface, spills on the countertop and in the sink. Paid $300 and there was ONE Kcup of coffee. The unit’s included parking pass was mysteriously missing the day of our game so we had to pay for overnight parking in a hotel lot without warning, reimbursement or an apology. It’s a 22 minute uphill walk to the stadium. Upon speaking to the complex property manager about the parking issue, they informed us that rentals are NOT ALLOWED, so it was uncomfortable for us, to say the least, feeling that we would be asked to leave at any moment. Sure enough, there is no permit number on the listing. To top it off, I received a message at 9AM asking if I had checked out because ‘housekeeping was on the way.’ I will say that the 2 towels provided (and bedsheets) were clean!
