This is the best place in Makkah! I have thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property for Umrah. The place is better than the pictures show and it is very welcoming and has all amenities needed for a nice stay. Rakan has gone above and beyond to provide amenities including a water filter that offers safe drinking water. There were extra sheets and duvet, which were all clean. The entrance security is also perfect and reduces worry of carrying keys around. Masjid Haram is closer than described- if you go through the tunnel to Ghazzah, the mosque is always 5 minutes away (this was in the last ten days of Ramadan). This place offers real value for money and I look forward to staying again Inshaa Allah. Rakan was very helpful in providing tips and checking up throughout our trip and he always responds quickly if you need to reach him. I have found him to be very friendly and ready to assist. This is my honest opinion and I have not received any incentive for writing this.

السكن جميل ومرتب ويستحق الحجز لمن معه اسره بسيطه .. الصراحه خدمني كثير للوالده ونظيف ومرتب وكانك في فندق من ترتيبه ونظافته بارك الله لصاحبها ورزقه من واسع فضله

شقه جميله جدا جدا جدا تبارك الله ونظيفه فقط كان هناك ملاحظات بسيطه ووعدني مالك الشقه باعادة صيانتها وتعديلها ولكن هذا لا يعيب الشق جميله بكل معنى الكلمه
