Comfortable place.

Mackenzie and her husband were very flexible and understanding of what can happen when you are on a trip and things get a little later than you had hoped. She forgot a portable fan to sleep by and she got us a spare one. We also were able to book the same day, so that's short notice on their end. We had no problem being comfortable in the basement

Mackenzie is a very friendly host and was quick to respond to me. the pictures from Airbnb did not really match up with the living situation. Since someone else was in the basement where I was supposed to be, I at first was in a small room upstairs and when I asked to be put in a little bit larger room because I had two large dogs with me, both Mackenzie and her husband responded quickly, I was very happy with that. I would recommend that Mackenzie puts the steep staircase for the basement onto the pictures, my old dog was not really able to walk up and down that much, so I was happy that I could stay upstairs, since the bathroom also was only upstairs. I was also really happy, that Mackenzie's and my dogs got along very well! since I did not have a table or chair in the room, I was able to use the kitchen table and the family living room for TV. I want to thank Mackenzie for having us there. I would stay there again and recommend the place!

Communication with Mackenzie was amazing! Even with our delayed flight and all that happened they were super accomadating to our sitaution.
