Location-wise the apartment is on Linnet Lane just around the corner from Sefton Park. It’s 5 mins by taxi to the city, 20-25 to the airport, 10 minutes drive to M62, a 4-minute walk to Sefton Park, 10 minutes walk to hipster lark lane, 30-40minutes walk to the city, a bus stop is located nearby on Ullet Road (no.60) for Anfield.
There is a bus stop a short walk away. If you want taxis I can give you the local cab company (Alpha Taxis). Uber is slightly more expensive and not always the fastest option.
City bikes can be hired just down the street, you can pay for these online and pick up and drop them just about everywhere. I believe you can use the bikes for as little as £3 a day.
For supermarkets, there’s a range of options from the Co-op on lark lane or Tesco Express on Park Road for bigger shopping trips.
