Blue Pine always has spotless, beautiful units. This unit was no different. Beautiful, clean, and in a great location.

During our brief check in for a 3 night stay, we found multiple dead bugs in the living room, a dirty couch, stained towels, and huge spiders crawling around the bedroom. We requested a reduction of stay once we saw the state of the Airbnb since we knew we couldn’t get a full refund or cancel the trip on the day of check in, but the host responded the next afternoon saying it was too late to change the reservation. We didn’t stay any of the nights, as we were uncomfortable staying there once we saw it. After contacting the host explaining our situation and reason for requesting a change and getting no help from them, we requested help through Airbnb. The host refused any help or even a partial refund. Their cancellation/change of stay policy is needlessly strict - how am I supposed to cancel our stay for not feeling comfortable before even seeing the state of place? It’s a quaint suite with cute furniture, but the hosts are unhelpful and don’t seem to care about their customers.

Beautiful home in Helena! We loved staying here - such cute style, comfortable bed & living room, plenty of space and access to anything we could need. Very nice and extremely clean. Would definitely recommend!
