We have enjoyed at the Bruno’s. He pickup us at the station and showed us around the house. The washer was a plus! His house is only 5 minutes from the Spiez station with great lake view. Grocery store was nearby! But there was no elevator or escalator at the Spiez station. Definitely recommended and hope we have a chance to come back!

The Most Beautiful Views of the Thun lake ! Better views than any 5 star hotel can offer ! Very well equipped house. BEST HOST EVER ! Even before our checkin, Bruno was super kind to let us keep our bags at his house 2 days in advance !! I had to stay in murren for a couple of days before checking into spiez. Bruno was so kind, that he came all the way to spiex station so he can take our bags and we can carry on to murren! What a gentleman!. About the house: Stay here before George Clooney buys it ! It is sooo pretty, well equipped, top notch quality beds, linen, kitchen wear, towels - all perfect clean!!! and OH THE VIEWS !!! If you stay here long enough and if the skies are clear, chances are that you will spot nearly every peak in the Bernese highlands right from your balcony!! Look out of any window of this gorgeous house and you will set your eyes on picture perfect mountains in any weather. We will be back, even if it is just to stay in Bruno's house.

We had a great stay at Bruno's place. The central location and the immediate proximity of the Spiez railway station made traveling in all directions easy. The views over Lake Thun and the Alps, combined with the liveliness of the trains and buses down at the station, couldn't have been better. Amenities were top-notch (loved the bath tub, which isn't that easy to find in holiday homes nowadays). And on top of it all, Bruno was so kind and thoughtful throughout. If we can, we'll definitely re-visit. Thanks again Bruno!
