Book now for a memorable stay! A beautiful side-by-side home with One bedroom, one full bathroom, a comfortable living room, and a kitchen is available on Airbnb in Winnipeg. The apartment has a private entrance, situated on the Basement level of the home, and offers guests a convenient and relaxing stay. Both the main floor unit and the basement unit have access to the communal backyard on the property. This outdoor area is ideal for unwinding after a day of visiting the city with a cup of coffee in the morning or in the evening. The living room and kitchen area inside provide a cosy location to unwind. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, and microwave, as well as anything else you could possibly need to make a good dinner. The living area has cosy furniture and a big flat-screen TV that are ideal for watching movies or catching up on your favourite shows. The bedroom is furnished with a comfy Queen size bed, soft linens, and fluffy cushions. They were created with your comfort in mind. Everything you'll need for your stay is provided in the full bathroom, including towels and amenities.

Was a comfortable, cooler stay in the basement unit. The hosts were polite and gave clear instructions and helpful reminders. For the sofa bed, what you see in pictures is what is provided for bedding. My only problem with the Airbnb, was there was black dog hair everywhere. Including furniture and all surfaces.

Great spot to stay for the week. Spacious and clean back yard was fully fenced in for my dogs to run around safely. Unit was very clean and modern. Bathroom was spotless and kitchen had everything I needed. Would definitely book this spot again in the future.

Stanislav’s retreat was a great place to stay. It was very clean and private, and it was bigger than what I was expecting. The large laundry room and walk in closet were a nice bonus for our month long stay. Stanislav was excellent with responding immediately. I requested a high chair and an iron, and he provided both items very promptly. He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The neighbourhood is very quiet and lovely, and was great for daily walks. I would definitely recommend Stanislav’s retreat.
