At Visconde de Pirajá on the corner of Garcia D'avila, staying in this apartment with enviable comfort, all you need to do is leave the house to be among the best in the neighborhood: @ corner Garcia w/ Barão da Torre and its exceptional restaurants, art galleries, bars... in short, an immersion into the best that Ipanema has to offer. The apartment has a large living room divided into two spaces: a dining room and a living room. It also has 2 spacious bedrooms: the suite with a Queen Size bed and the other bedroom with 2 single beds. It has two complete bathrooms and a bathroom in the laundry area next to the laundry room. Terrific stay - beautiful apartment. Very private (the apartment enjoys the entire floor within this building). Clean, well appointed, very livable in a beautiful neighborhood. Great restaurants nearby, very walkable location. Grocery store across the street, etc. Safe, with a 24/7 doorman. Lovely, hosts, highly responsive and friendly. Enjoyed a wonderful stay, highly recommend to anyone.
My stay at the flat in Ipanema, Rio de Janeiro was nothing short of exceptional. From the breathtaking views of Christ the Redeemer on one side to the serene ocean vista on the other, the location alone was worth five stars. The spacious apartment, with one flat per floor, provided ample room to relax and unwind. The doormen were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The convenience of having a supermarket right across the street and a pharmacy nearby made daily errands effortless. Overall, my experience at this flat exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in one of Rio's most iconic neighborhoods.
The place was in an amazing location just 2 blocks from Ipanema Beach with lots of restaurants and shopping near by. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed with excellent views on both sides. The host were extremely responsive as we had some plumbing issues and they sent help very quickly. I would definitely recommend

Ipanema is a magical place and the location of the apartment in particular is fantastic. Two blocks from the beach on the sandy strip of the exquisite Country Club, Quiosque Beach Club (a luxury), a stone's throw from Leblon and highly qualified shops nearby. From the famous Livraria da Travessa and its bistro, supermarket next door, bars and the best restaurants. Location called by the Cariocas the Quadrilátero de Ouro. Créme de là Créme!
The condominium is located very close to the Nossa Senhora da PAz metro station, which is easily accessible and allows you to travel comfortably and safely between the South Zone, the Center and the North Zone. Rio is also a city well served by bus. There are many lines that pass nearby of the building with good regularity and cover the entire area of tourist interest. Taxis are very easy and comfortable, as they circulate in search of passengers. “Common” taxis in Rio are yellow with blue stripes on the side. Uber also works very well. To get to know the city, it is not necessary to rent a car. You can easily get around by public transport and taxi.

He speaks English, French, Spanish, German, his native Portuguese and a little bit of mandarin, and has travelled to over 50 countries - dealing with many different cultures, people and markets - where he has given marketing and sales lectures, presentations, all the while developing his own sales strategies. Leonardo lived in Switzerland working in the fashion industry, and upon returning to Brazil he worked for Brazil's top multinational jeweler in a sales capacity, 2 years of which was managing its international store about the Queen Mary 2 luxury cruise ship. Leonardo and Archanjo are the best friends for the last twenty three years. Archanjo was Advertisement/Marketing Execute Manager and Teacher of the biggest private University in Brazil. He taught several disciplines such as Creation, Art Direction, Experimental Projects Orientation, Graphic Computing, Strategy Plans, Sales, CRM, Customers Behavior, etc. He speaks English, Spanish, French and Italian. His career was developed since a trainee to the High Administration of the University. They did decide to join in the segment of rentals like partners. Both of them are graduated in Publicity and Media, MBA in Marketing and Executive Management experience. 'We don't sale a simple stay. We provide excellent experiences.'
