Everything looks as described in the pictures. Host is responsible, beds are good, kitchen is good. Pool table especially time killer. We have three families with 4 teens play tournament this week. Even with two bathroom, they didn't have to compete for shower time. Place is a little old but well maintained, you can find everything you need in the house, and if you need something, one text to the host, she will bring to you before you notice. It's a little pricy but with a big group of people sharing, it's managable.

Great place for a large group! The common space was very open and comfortable for everyone and the bedrooms were perfect. The location is convenient for getting around the city and also close to the airport. The price was the best available for a group of our size, compared to other properties available for the weekend.

Evgeny's big comfy house was just that. It's a great spot to visit montreal if you're driving (close to highways and parking on-site). Could use some updating but more than adequate for the size/price. Great value. Should also note that he was great about answering any questions we had.
