Beautiful cottage, decorated lovely & very clean/ tidy. We loved our stay with our Samoyed Elsa. Fantastic that the cottage is pet friendly. The house and gardens were beautiful and felt homely. Elsa loved the garden, and it was secured so she felt safe. Great facilities, coffee machine, kitchen appliances, large tv etc. We wished we could use the log burner but it was a hot week! The cottage is in a small village so you do have to drive to get to any pubs/ restaurants/ beaches, but the host sent through a great locals guidebook and there was plenty of things within a 10/15 minute drive. Lots of lovely touches from the host including a welcome hamper. We can see why the cottage is rated so highly. We highly recommend and we are already looking at booking again for the Autumn time!

Beautiful cottage in a very peaceful village in Norfolk. Sympathetically decorated with modern design and extremely spacious downstairs, which the photos don’t fully convey. Had everything we needed and the welcome hamper was a lovely touch.

This is a very nice space.Well equipped and spotless.Would have liked to know a bit about Reading rooms. Never heard of them before. But altogether a wonderful stay.
