What a charming, beautiful cottage! A perfect space for our weekend stay. Convenient to downtown, beautifully decorated, and the outdoor spaces were wonderful for relaxing! Laura was very responsive to my messages and any questions that I had. Although not really walkable to downtown, the cottage is conveniently located and an easy 5 minute drive into town. The attention to detail and Laura’s impeccable taste are evident everywhere you look. And the train? Well, we actually enjoyed it! You won’t be disappointed if you choose the cottage for your stay in New Bern!

What can I say other than wow! We had the pleasure of being able to stay here for a quick weekend trip away. The house itself is so beautiful, kitschy, and quaint! We loved hearing the train go by at night and loved that we could walk everywhere! We would drive at night to downtown and be there in THREE minutes! We loved having the water right across from us and having the option to bike, which we did not end up doing, was so neat! I 10/10 would recommend this place to a couple looking for a sweet escape!
