Enjoyed our off season overnight! Space was exactly as described. Erik was extremely responsive and accommodated a slightly earlier check in than originally planned which we really appreciated. Easy check in, keys and short info page were left for us in the room. Location was perfect for a quick weekend - easy walk to the beach and some local restaurants and in the on-season, other activities. Weekend was a bit cold, but the space heater warmed the room very well and we were comfortable. Neighborhood was residential and quiet which was nice. Hadn’t stayed in Surf City before, usually stay around Beach Haven but I would definitely come back again for another short weekend. Really relaxing vibe Thanks Erik and George!

Honestly, the place was so perfect. I had reached out to Erik with a special request and he came through for me better than I expected and I'm so grateful to him for his kindness. If I had ONE bad thing, but it's not a deal breaker, it was the outside shower. In this cold weather, I'm not a fan of it; the cold weather, that is. In any case, I've showered in colder places many times before but overall, this place is a 5-star all around. Erik is an excellent host and very hospitable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone because the location is actually pretty damn good. It's private, yet very close to the water. Thank you very much Erik for your help and kindness on my request. My girlfriend and I were very grateful for it.

The host was proactive and responsive. Room was private, walkable to some restaurants, outdoor shower was clean and great hot water. We appreciated this room, the cleanliness and hosts amenities were exactly as listed in the description.
