Awesome place to stay. As mentioned in the description there are permanent residents and this is a 3rd floor apartment, so you need to be mindful there is someone below you. The pool is right in front of the condo, you can just grab your stuff and walk over. We could not hear any pool noise or any other outside noise in the condo and it was an extremely relaxing place to stay. Several beach uptions, but if looking for a less crowded family beach I recommend Holden Beach. There are many private beach areas here, so you must pay to park in public parking only. If you want to be by a bathroom, not a porta potty, head to Holden Beach Pier. Get there early and traffic and parking shouldn't be an issue. Go to Sunset Beach for restaurants and toursist area, but it is crowded.
