SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: -The 2nd floor has 2 spacious and hip designed ensuite bedrooms which comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. -Each bedroom is tastefully designed and includes wall mounted smart TV’s and cozy bed linens. (No cable, just streaming apps) BEDROOM 1- 1 King Sized bed, a full bathroom with a tub. BEDROOM 2- 2 Queen Sized beds, a desk and a full bath with a stand-up shower. AMENITIES: The home is also equipped with Wifi, a standard drip coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and much more! LOCATION: The unit is in a complex on a beach block directly across from Ocean Resort & Casino and next to The Showboat Hotel. Take a lovely, quick stroll to the boardwalk and beach. ADDITIONAL NOTES: -Please note that like many areas of the city, the complex parking lot has the possibility of puddling or flooding when it rains. This factor is out of our control and we suggest parking at Ocean Casino across the street in the event that it becomes problematic. -Please excuse the complex's appearance- it is under new management and the HOA is currently doing renovations and landscaping to maintenance the building and grounds. -Please be aware, Atlantic City is a multi cultural city style area, and this complex is mostly vacation rentals and working class Atlantic City residents.
