Cesar is so nice! He was very welcoming, quick to respond, and really cared about our stay. We had a minor issue during our stay with the toilet, and Cesar was very proactive and took care of the problem right away. The apartment is nice and modern. It is a good size. The building has a pool and gym in the basement, which is nice and free to residents. Note that it is relatively dark during the day as it faces another building. Note that while the apartment is close by to everything in La Carolina, including Avenida El Salvador, it is up a steep hill. The shortcut is to enter and exit through Subsuelo 3 (basement level 3) on Catalina de Aldaz, instead of entering and exiting on Avenida Eloy Alfaro, which is what Maps wants you to do. This saves time and half of a steep walk uphill from Avenida 6 de Diciembre. :) The location is amazing and the apartment is very nice, plus Cesar really cares about his guests!
