Place was very nicely renovated. Location is great for enjoying Lake Erie views and Selkirk park.

Faulkner retreat was a great location, and a perfect weekend getaway for our family of 6 plus dog. The beach and Selkirk provincial park right across the road was very convenient, and you could watch the sunset while eating at the table. The barbeque worked well. The rooms are not really large, but that's fine because you will spend most of your time outside. While inside, the large screen TV is fully equipped. And my teenager enjoyed the retro arcade style video game. Sidenote: we booked this to watch the eclipse on April 8th, and it would have been a great location for that. But due to the forecast and cloud cover we didn't want to roll the dice, and drove an hour to Tilsonburg and got clear sunny skies. All in all a great stay in Selkirk.
