Terri and Tim are great hosts! The fresh baked chocolate cookies were so delicious and greatly appreciated after a long flight. The unit is very well appointed and my niece loved the toys and play structure. The beds are super comfy, nice linens, with an amazing waterfall shower. When I go back to Brighton I hope to stay again!

What a wonderful place to spend time with my family while I was working , Terri’s is the best host we have ever had ! She offered baby gate , high chair , had plenty of toys and books for my son to play with as well as swing set! She also went over and beyond with balloons for his birthday! She brought us homemade cookies after arriving, next morning home made cinnamon rolls! Wished my wife a happy birthday! We even were invited down stairs for an amazing steak dinner with all the side dishes! I could go on and on how nice of a place and welcoming, family oriented people ,Terri and her family are! Was the best experience I’ve had yet! Thank you again for all the extra time and help you put forth for making my family’s visit go perfect!

Spacious, clean, quiet. It was nice to have milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived. Also a variety of cereal and waffles in the freezer. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. We were visiting family in the area and it was a perfect place for us. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Terri and her spouse and the accommodations they provided. At the last moment they had issues with the upstairs unit and they allowed us to stay in their other unit so as not to inconvenience us. Also on the first day they brought us fresh baked chocolate chips to eat as well as they had a refrigerator stocked with milk, juice, condiments, and waffles and the cabinets had four different types of cereals all ready for us if we desired. The unit was within 3-5 miles of a large grocery which was helpful too. The view was outstanding and I intend to tell all my friends traveling to Denver about our stay and Terri's place. My husband is a hard man to please and he was over the moon about the accommodations as well.

Worth the stay, price was good, comparable to a hotel when you have 6 people. However, this is much cleaner than a hotel. We had our 5 month old and two older kids and there was plenty of toys and even a pack and play. There’s a propane fireplace outside in the gazebo where we made s’mores and sticks which were provided. There’s plenty of cereal and coffee to choose from too. Walmart is a 6 minute drive away, colorado has a no bag policy, but there’s bags provided so you can get groceries without purchasing bags. The owners were friendly, accommodating and responsive - we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Tim and Terri for everything!
