The space was exactly what I needed. The kitchen and living area are clean and well-stocked, the bedroom was cozy and the bathroom was well-lit and had a heater, a rare thing in NYC apartments! Aslan was very proactive in setting everything up, was quick to offer help when needed, and otherwise he gave me space to do my own thing. As a pretty quiet person this suited me perfectly. He even helped me carry my stuff out to my taxi when he saw I was a bit over-burdened - a wonderful parting gesture! All in all, a great place to stay for a few weeks while exploring the neighborhood.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was here for about a month while I was looking for a permanent apartment in the city. It was close to the subway and the room was spacious and quiet enough that I could work from home when I needed to. Aslan was very responsive and kind as were all the other tenants. The area is pretty nice and just a short walk from a gym and some nice restaurants. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

I stayed at Aslan’s place for over a month, everything went great. Good location, easy check in and out. Aslan and his girlfriend were very friendly, communicative, I recommend Aslan place, you have your own bathroom. Thanks for sharing your place with me.
