This cottage is stocked with luxury furnishings intentionally selected to create an inviting and cozy space for you to enjoy. With two expansive levels covering nearly 3,000 sqft, this space is able to serve families vacationing together while allowing for spaces of privacy and community! The cottage itself sits on a beautiful .760 acre gentle slopping lot lined with trees, perfect for families with fur babies and kids! This property is also located on a quiet year round municipally maintained dead end road. Enjoy access out into Mary Lake and chain system for 40 miles of boating ! Get out on the water and enjoy all the Muskoka River has to offer. This is not a regular river! The river is deep as boats pass through on way to both Fairy Lake or Mary Lake. Bring your boat or Sea Do and launch it at the nearby boat launch and secure to our dock! If you don’t have any water toys, we got you! IMPORTANT HOT TUB INSTRUCTIONS: $500 damage fee will be collected for damage done to the hot tub during your stay. Under no circumstances should any oils, fragrances, lotions, essential oils or liquid substances be added to the hot tub during use. Please use hot tub cover lifter when removing hot tub cover. Under no circumstances should you take the cover off the lifter. Please make sure the cover is off only during use. Please do not drink in the hot tub. We have two new paddleboards, kayaks and water floaties available for use during your stay. Wanting to get out on the beach? Enjoy Avery Beach (On Hunters Bay off Main Street West in Huntsville), Indian Landing (Muskoka River, 787 South Mary Lake Road) or West Point Sands - Mary Lake (192 West Point Sands Road) Please be sure to bring your own beach towels! Please clean BBQ after each use. Outdoor lawn activities are also provided or just sit and relax by the fire! Rain won’t stop you from enjoying your stay! Downstairs under the garage you’ll find a masssive games room that comes with a foosball table, ping pong table, air hockey table, lifesize Jenga and tons of board games.
