I had to ask people on the street how to find the place, but once I found it, all went well. I like the apartment and it's in a quiet neighborhood that was walkable distance to the festival grounds or easy enough to get a tricycle driver. It included more than everything I needed like toothbrush kits, soap, towels, silverware, kettle, gas cooker, and drinking water. A/C worked well. The bidet needs some fixing, though.

thank you very much for accommodating us in such a very short notice and for allowing us to check in early upon our arrival. location is good - 5min tricycle ride from the airport and easy to locate. the room is clean, everything you need is provided - pillows, bed linens, blankets, soap, shampoo, bath towels. the AC is cool and the refrigerator is working great. electric fan is also provided just in case. lpg and gas burner is available so you can cook your own meal if you're on a tight budget. never thought generator is available because when we experienced blackout, they helped us to operate the AC using the power generator - this is something new to me. smart TV is also available with free movies to watch. most of all their wifi connection is the best! everything is just a tricycle away so transportation is not a problem. unfortunately I wasn't able to meet Ivan personally because he's working. I therefore highly recommend this place if ever you'll visit Masbate.

very nice host. very clean room. easy explanations are provided along with photos. satisfactory stay. I recommend this room to everyone who reads this.
