I spent in Allan's flat 3 weeks. Allan was very friendly and he was answering all my issues. Place is calm and clean. For people who complains that it is far away to Paris: just look at the map before you book. Merci Allan.

Nous sommes venus à deux pour visiter Paris durant une semaine. L'emplacement est assez pratique pour aller en ville, avec bus et métro non loin, il faut tout de même compter environ une heure de trajet. L'appartement est très agréable, lumineux la journée et silencieux avec une petite terrasse. Le grand miroir dans le salon spacieux est un vrai plus. Le lit est très confortable et la salle de bain et la cuisine sont tout à fait fonctionnelles. Cette dernière est bien équipée. L'appartement était globalement propre, hormis quelques petites tâches sur les murs, notamment dans la salle de bain. Merci beaucoup pour cet agréable séjour.

Pros: - comfy bed, nice size for two people - big plus: you have your own place (no sharing with host) - nice bathroom with bath - good heating - balcony - bright room with big windows - communicative host Cons: - no soap/washing up liquid in place - kitchen has only a minimum of equipement: plates and cutlery for two but no oil, no spices, no tools for cooking - all the pans and pots are very small and completely scratched - only one of the cooking plate gets hot - only one towel per person for a whole week (a second would be nice) - mold in the bathroom - best bring your own bath plug if you actually want to use the bath as a bath - decorative wall / room separator is very instable - 15/20 min walk to the next metro plus 30min ride to the city centre on metro 7 Conclusion: flat would have big potential, just use our money to make this a nice flat!
