Nick's apartment is as per described in the photos. It's about 5 mins walk from Sheng Wan MTR, 10 - 15 mins walk from Lan Kwai Fong. There are eateries nearby for a nice meal before heading out. If you prefer to cook, the wet and supermarkets are also about 5 mins away. Those heading to Macau can easily walk to the ferry terminal and do not have to worry about returning late as you can walk back home thereafter. Nick was very accommodating. Check in was a breeze. He was also flexible with the checkout time cos there wasn't a booking after us. The apartment was cosy enough for 4 people. Well equipped kitchen to cook up simple meals, washing machine to do quick laundry. The bed was comfortable. Living room is equipped with apple TV to watch movies while chilling out. Nice shared rooftop to enjoy the view. Overall, the place is so accessible to almost anywhere in HK. There was no reason to take a cab to commute cos MTR was so nearby. I will recommend this place for travellers.

My four friends and I had a very pleasant stay at Nick's apartment in Hong Kong. The apartment was not only immaculate, but was tastefully furnished as well. It was located conveniently in Sheung Wan, and a short distance from Soho/Hollywood Street. Nick was very responsive and accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. He gave very clear and instructions and the flat was exactly as advertised. The view from the rooftop is also quite something special! I would definitely come back to stay again.

Nick's place very comfortable for two people and is in a fantastic location. The apartment is small, typical for hk, but the layout couldn't be better. We were very close to the metro and some of the best bars and restaurants in the world without being on top of everything. Nick was also a great host. He was communicative and made check in and all accommodations of our stay a breeze. I highly recommend staying here.

I stayed in the apartment with three friends - two of us having a room each and one on the sofa bed. The apartment is in an excellent location, in a clean and safe area, close to the metro, food shops and plenty of bars, cafés and restaurants. The building is fairly old but well maintained with good security. Nick was easy to get in touch with leading up to and during the stay. I never met him, but his messages were friendly and helpful. Check in and out was simple and flexible. The place was clean and tidy on arrival with all the facilities working and as described. We expected a squash, this being Hong Kong, but it was a little tight. Plenty of room for two people, but three of us for a week got claustrophobic. Still worth doing, but make sure you're super comfortable with whomever you're sharing with! All in all a great experience and I would stay here again.
