The place was great! We had 5 adults and 4 toddlers and it was perfect. Especially with the park across the street! Highly recommend!

We are six friends who had a wonderful weekend stay in Arvada! We wanted a home base that was in the center of our planned activities. We were a 5 min drive to the cute town of Arvada, 15 min drive to Golden, and 15 min drive to downtown Denver. We were also a longer, but easy drive away from Estes Park. It was the perfect location if you’re planning to explore around the area. The house had more than enough room, was decorated beautifully, and had all the amenities we needed. The host even provided travel sized toothpaste, which is something I forgot to bring. It saved me a trip to the store. Thanks, Brenna, for an awesome home away from home!

Pros: Brenna's place looked just like the pictures and had plenty of sleeping and lounging space for our group of 8+. Brenna was kind enough to make a crib and high-chair available for our toddler. The park across the street was great for us to take AM/PM walks including for the dog and a playground for the toddler. Groceries and other necessities were just down the street which was very convenient. Cons: I had not received check-in instructions and had to reach out the evening before our travel, host apparently had issues with connectivity. The house is at a traffic light/intersection so we had loud vehicle noises/music that woke up the toddler. Unit was out of dishwashing pods and the host had to order after I let her know. It arrived 3 days later, but with 8 people worth of dishes we had to buy some. We checked in on Sat (Trash day was Fri), but the recycling and trash bins were already full, which we realized when we had to take trash out on Thur PM for pick-up Fri AM.

We enjoyed our stay here. Convenient location, close to Old Town and other neighborhoods near Denver/Golden area. Host was very responsive.
