This is a beautiful, peaceful Shepherd's hut in it's own garden. It is well situated for exploring the local area, especially the coastal path. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. The only drawback is the long potholed drive.

Andrew and Hazel were wonderful hosts. When we were lost down the road Andrew came to lead us to the Otterham hut which was actually two huts with lots of amenities as described. The garden leading to the hut is very beautiful and the farmland surroundings are peaceful and gorgeous. We loved the fresh air and greenery all around. It was only about a 20minute drive (for us) to Tintagel where we had a really great time at the castle, King Arthur’s Great Halls, and all the local shops. The hut has the most POWERFUL tiny heater and lots of blankets so no worry on getting cold. The decorations were bright and fun and I felt like I was staying at a place of fellow travelers. Thank you again for such a lovely stay and the helpful directions/advice. We had a great time!!

Everything was clean and welcoming. New to Air B & B didn't read symbols correctly so only a 2 burner hob. The toilet in the shepherd's hut is very compact. The shower is great but a bit chilly on a cold day as no heating in the kitchen/shower hut. The coffee machine, kettle and sink in the shepherd's hut is really handy in the morning for that first cup of coffee. Everything was there that you needed as regards pot, pans and utensils. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a lovely place! Andrew & Hazel have clearly put a lot of effort into making this a peaceful, beautiful and inviting place to stay. Loved the attention to detail, decorating, all the extras provided, it was an incredibly warm, cosy and comfortable stay despite terrible weather! Many thanks for a lovely first trip to Cornwall.
